Human resource training and development is always a challenge for businesses today. For many large businesses, employee training is a required and highly invested process. In contrast, in some small businesses, personnel training plans are not taken seriously.
Because of economic and business development issues, many business leaders have tightened their resources for internal training. Most businesses have departments for management and training planning, but the purpose of training is the human resources department itself is quite vague. This is a big reason why the training of new and old employees is not highly effective. The planning of training and personnel development has the following roles:

Internal training courses are also considered a reward for employees who have contributed to the business. It helps employees prepare the necessary skills to be able to take on higher positions in the business.
5️⃣ Personnel training is considered a method of helping employees perform their jobs better. Personnel training is done when employees fail to meet business expectations or when taking on a completely new job.
