According to him, to reconnect to revive the economy is very time consuming, to find a vaccine we need 1-1.5 years, so it will be difficult to judge when the economy can recover.

Regarding the long-term business planning of enterprises and the necessary solutions when unexpected contingencies occur so that enterprises can adjust accordingly, according to Mr. Truong: Previously, companies often set up strategies year and 10-year vision. In the past time, when approaching many multinational companies and large corporations, there are internal regulations in these units that they have a strategy of no more than 3 years and a vision of 5 years.
